Get Toasteroid and emoji-fy your breakfast

If you are looking for ways to brighten your Monday (or Tue/Wed/Thu) mornings, the Toasteroid seems like a nice way to do it. This Kickstarter project is a toaster with a difference — it’s the world’s first app controlled smart image toaster. What that means is that while the Toasteroid will do everything a regular toaster does — the company says it does it better since you can have greater control over exactly how you want your bread toasted — it also allows you to imprint images on your toast. That’s right: a smiley, your child’s favourite superhero, a reminder (like ‘Pay newspaper guy before leaving’) and, your toast can also tell you about what the weather will be like if you so wish.
