There are delicacies such as daal baati, savoury wheat rolls, which is typically winter food in the desert, dipped and eaten with spiced, mixed lentils, laal maas, which is a rich lamb curry eaten with rice or roti, ker sangri ki tikki, a patty made of wild berries and tender stems of the sangri shrub, and more at the Royal Kitchens of Rajasthan food festival. The 10-day festival is open only for dinner.
