Parsi food is suddenly all the rage in Mumbai and while older establishments such as Ideal Corner are still the go to places in South Mumbai (they now deliver across South Mumbai via Scootsy), the burbs have a new Parsi pop up to look forward to every weekend.

Pala Fala, which launched as a small space at Atria Mall in Worli, has recently begun hosting Sunday brunches at C’est La Vie in Bandra. The authentic Parsi pop up includes on its menu traditional favourites such as Patra ni machchi, a steamed fish delicacy, Sali Chicken, a piquant chicken curry, Chicken Farcha, fried chicken that has been marinated in a masala mix and desserts such as Lagan Nu Custard.

If you’re in the mood, you can also get a few laps in C’est La Vie’s pool to work an appetite for the massive spread that Pala Fala has lined up. The brunch is only on Sundays, between 12 pm-4 pm (Rs 1,200 without alcohol and Rs 1,800 exclusive of alcohol). Call 022-65583333 for reservations.
