India’s busy markets have inspired all kinds of food festivals. At Le Jardin, the all-day dining restaurant at The Oberoi, a special buffet menu crafted by Chef Parvinder Bali, the Culinary Head at the Oberoi Center of Learning and Development, includes a range of moreish eats. There are hot and cold chaats like besan ka chilla, MLA pesarattu, palak patta chaat and kurkuri bhindi chaat. Golgappas get an interesting twist with guava or mint and orange-flavoured water.
