For those looking to sink their teeth into something indulgent and a touch exotic, try the Portobello Mushroom & Brie burger, which is a symphony of tangy flavours and cheese.

Those in Gurgaon looking to get their eggless baking right, pay heed. Chef Thomas Blanchard, executive chef, L’Opera Patisserie and Boulangerie will be conducting a special session this weekend, which will teach you more than just the basics while making eggless baked goodies. Through an interactive demo, the chef will teach you how to make macarons, cinnamon rolls, vegetable and eggless quiche, French heart biscuits, classic English scones plus two types of the chef’s special breads. The sessoin will also include lunch, tea and printed recipes of all the baked goodies will be provided to participants.

As part of its fifth anniversary celebrations, the Yautcha menu will feature several delicious additions. Curated by head chef Wang Yixuan, the à la carte dishes will have an assortment of dim sum, wok dishes and desserts. On the dim sum menu are additions including the mushroom spring roll with black truffle, Radish puff,Spicy pork wanton in Szechuan sauce and more. The wok dishes feature new delights like the Pork belly with yellow bean sauce, Sichuan-style lobster with vermicelli, Lotus leaf wrapped fried rice with shiitake mushrooms and edamame, among others. For desserts, the chef has gone all out, including the indulgent Blueberry pistachio bar, eggless chocolate pebble.
