Deepali Navale Dube has been making chocolatiers of her students in Pune for the past two years. “A lot of my students tell me that the Baileys Irish Cream-filled chocolates are the bestsellers,” says Dube, who will teach those who attend her class this week how to make boozy chocolates filled with rum, Kahlua, Bacardi mojito and of course, Baileys Irish Cream. Besides centre-filled chocolates, Dube will also teach participants how to make regular chocolate rocks, French truffles and French cluster among others. “One workshop is usually enough for participants to learn how to make chocolates,” says Dube, who has trained at the Academy of Pastry Arts in Malaysia.
