Eat without guilt at the Sunny Side Up fest

Carrot cake, quinoa pops and salads, fresh gourmet dips and sauces, gluten-free cookies and all sorts of healthy food will be lined up for sale and sampling at Sunny Side Up, a food and fitness festival to be held in Mumbai this weekend. With healthy food courtesy home bakers and independent food and beverage brands such as Avni and Myraa’s Kitchen, Diet Tamasha, Saucery and others, expect a guiltless spread or what is being termed as clean eating at the festival.

The festival also includes a range of fitness workshops including AcroYoga, Pop Pilates (this is not just meant for fathers), Belly Fit and more. Both nutritionists and fitness trainers will be present at the festival on Sunday. The festival will also include workshops on how to cook low calorie and tasty food such as brown rice jaggery custard, vegan tofu omelette among other dishes.
