On board for these activities are celebrity chefs like Chef Irfan, Masterchef finalist Karishma Sakhrani, food stylist and blogger Amrita Kaur, food consultant, food blogger and author Rushina Munshaw Ghildiyal. There’s also going to be lots to eat, albeit all healthy food, courtesy of brands like Ministry of Salads, a live station by Garde Manger Cafe for nutritious dishes, Mo’s Kefir, among others. A sundowner featuring live instrumental music, wine and cheese tasting plus a DJ set will conclude the day-long festival.

Sweet Potato Roesti - bastian brunch

Sunday brunches are sacred and if you’re a health nut, it can be a bit daunting to find just the right food at your favourite brunch spot. To solve the dilemma, Bastian has a healthy brunch spread of seafood, vegetarian as well as gluten-free options. The Kale Caesar salad sounds like a every health-nut’s dream come true while the Whole Wheat Pizza with spicy marinara sauce, eggs and arugula is just the perfect cheat meal, sans any guilt. There’s also organic Sweet Potato Roesti served with heirloom tomatoes, avocado and creamy burrata as well as a Lobster Breakfast Taco for seafood enthusiasts. Vegetarians ought to note that Chefs Kelvin Cheung and Boo Kim are fans of truffle mushrooms, so it’d be wise to pick Truffle Shuffle (wild mushrooms, scrambled eggs, parmesan, white truffle oil) served with gluten-free bread for brunch. For those in search of the proper brunch start, there are Gluten Free Waffles and Gluten Free Pancakes with milk, dark and white chocolates as well.
